Work included new gutters, new HVAC curbs, new insulation, new metal roof, demolition of roof vents, new parapet trims and flashings, bracing, electrical, HVAC repairs, new roof penitrations, new downspouts, painted block, block tuck points and repairs, all designed and built by Lichtefeld Inc. Butler Manufacturing MR-24 re-roof systems.
