The 27,547 s.f. interior and exterior renovation (former Wal-mart) is on a 5 acre site in Crestwood, Kentucky. Work performed included removing structural columns to create clear spans for gymnastic floors and inflatable fun zone area. Poured concrete pits for in-ground trampolines, installed indoor swimming pool and splash area. Built 3,000 s.f. second floor mezzanine for birthday party rooms and viewing area. Space also has karate and dance studios, pro shop, therapy/rehab. rooms, and administrative offices.
