Project Location 1117 Frankfort Road, Shelbyville, Ky. 40065 Construction Dates 4-23-2019 thru 10-23-2019 End User OfficeThis 5,300 s.f. building addition will add two conference/project rooms, two large storage rooms, an executive conference room, a day room for collaborative exercise, and 720 s.f. of interior remodel. This building will have a separate entrance for private after hours use. The structure is similar to the existing facility in that the shell is wood framed, batt insulated, wood decking, metal architectural standing seam roof, drywall, painted, vinyl plank flooring, rubber base, folding partition walls, store front glass entrances, brick veneer, and vinyl siding.
