This is a tenant fit up of 41,000 s.f. within a 95,000 s.f. multi-tenant building located in the Blankenbaker Distribution Center, Jeffersontown, Ky.

The office space is 8,000 s.f. and the warehouse is 32,000 square feet total.  The project is a Butler building with MR-24 standing machine seamed roof system, 25 year warranty, tilt wall concrete walls, storefront glass, overhead doors, decorative canopies, all designed and  built by Lichtefeld, Inc. partnered with Berry Prindle Associates.
